3PL Dynamics provides software development, IT consulting, and digital transformation services. All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any customized services will be governed by a separate Service Agreement or Contract.
Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information during onboarding. All communication should be conducted via our official email: info@3pldynamics.org or through verified team members using the company domain email.
All content, software, source code, and designs created by 3PL Dynamics are the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise specified in a service contract. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials is strictly prohibited.
We value and protect client confidentiality. Any sensitive business or personal information shared with us will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering our services. A separate NDA may be signed if required by either party.
Clients must adhere to the payment terms mentioned in the invoice or agreement. Delays in payment may result in suspension of services or late fee penalties.
3PL Dynamics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
We may use third-party tools, APIs, hosting providers, and services as part of our delivery. We do not take responsibility for any failures or breaches caused by these third-party platforms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for any client found to be in breach of these terms, or engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activities.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Sindh.
We may update these terms from time to time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes.
